Orleans Court is a three story condominium located one block from the ocean on 140th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City, Maryland. There are 84 one bedroom/one bath units. The buildings form a U-shape with a courtyard in the center. Two pools, along with tables and chairs, provide hours of entertainment and camaraderie for the residents of Orleans Court.

The condominium was built in 1972 and many changes have taken place over the years, both to the condo and also the surrounding area. In 1972, there were no houses in Caine Woods, only trees. The miniature golf course, across the street, was an open field used for bocce ball games by the Orleans Court owners.

News From The Court

Notice of future meetings:
 

The next Annual meeting is scheduled for Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at

St. Peters Lutheran Church.

From the last Board Meeting:

The Board of Directors passed two new rules effective immediately...

    1.  Smoking is no longer permitted in the courtyard, stairwells or on the walkways- i.e. all common areas.  Smokers must smoke either in their units, on their balconies, or in the parking lots or alleyways.

    2.  The mulched areas on both sides of the North building are bicycle storage areas.

Orleans Court named a "Beauty Spot":

Owners  Howard Levin and Rob Dittler submitted Orleans Court  for a contest sponsored by the City for outstanding beauty spots, and we won!!
